How to solve s860 stuck at Lenovo boot screen

Lenovo S860 is one of my handphone that work well for me. At least the most liked about this phone was about the battery of 4000 mah. To be truth, that is why i am bought this phone. Like any other phone, S860 also has many problems such as GPS not working, GPS slow to locate the location, the signal network issues problem and many more. But one of the most annoying and troublesome about this phone was about the phone stuck at lenovo boot screen. When it stuck, you cannot do anything to make it wake up again.

I have had expereience this kind of situation two times already with my s860 phone. At first I follow the guidance from the internet and of course it work....... but...... all my phone numbers, photos, videos, apps already lost with that kind of method. But fortunately at the second times i experiencing this situation, I make a lot of googling in order for my photos will never lost again and thanks god it works like a charm. Here I will tell you some method that you can use to solve s860 stuck at boot screen.

First Method

First when you got stuck in boot screen you can hard reset your phone. Press VOLUME BUTTON UP AND DOWN + POWER button until there will be option whereas to choose language between English and chinese. Click on the english version. Here there will be four option that are

1) Shut down,
2) REBOOT,
3) Install update (or similar),
4) Wipe up device.

Then choose the wipe up device and you will get two option that are

1) Fuse wipe up data
2) Fuse format data (or something similar)

 Here come the tricky part. What is the meaning of these two option? What is the differencres between Fuse wipe data and fuse format data?

Fuse wipe up data will save your photo, videos, data that already in your device but will wipe some apps, configuration and so on. Here your document and photos will be saved. But it will not work if your actually locked it using pattern or number. So you better not locked ur device if you are not ready for this kind of situation.

Fuse  format data will ultimately format your phone entirely. All of your document photos apps will be gone. Puff like that and it happened to me at the first time. I cannot imagine all my memoried for half years gone like that. I do curse that time. Your phone will be like a new phone. Smooth and free like came out from the box. Here i do regret choosing that kind of method.

So please be careful when choosing the options. When you choose let the phone work by themself. It may took awhile but still if it too long the problem was still not solved.
